TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All Prices are exclusive of VAT.
Prices are for 1 hire period.
The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage from the time of delivery until the time of collection.
Valley Furniture Hire is not liable for any damage or injury incurred by any person or property during the hire period.
All Items remain the property of Valley Furniture Hire.
Full Payment is due before delivery.
CANCELLATIONS:
The following Charges apply
Less than 7 days before the event 80% of hire charge.
Between 8 and 14 Days before the event 50% of hire charge.
More than 15 days before the event 20% of hire charge (The 20% Deposit) This is to cover all administrational costs that have already been done.
Please note the deposit is non refundable or transferable aginst any other item*
* DUE TO CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) any bookings are able to transfer paymnets over to a new date for the same event.
